The construction of tenant improvements within our projects is outsourced to very competitive and competent general contractors, but is efficiently managed by our in-house Construction Management team. Projects are completed on time, within budget and with an impeccable level of quality and consistency. Our Construction Manager works closely with each tenant while supervising the architect and contractors to make sure everyone stays informed throughout the construction process. This includes carefully reviewing plans at the outset, competitively bidding projects and conducting quality inspections and scheduled progress meetings to ensure tenant requirements are met or exceeded.
