New Boston Fund Secures Lease with Starbucks at One Harris Corners

Charlotte - New Boston Fund, Inc., a private real estate investment, development and management firm, announced today that it has leased 3,093 square feet of Class-A office space to Starbucks Corporation at One Harris Corners in Charlotte, North Carolina. This multi-year lease brings the occupancy rate at the entire Harris Corners Corporate Park to 89%.Completed in 2000, One Harris Corners is four stories and totals 97,628 square feet of office space. New Boston Fund purchased One Harris Corners during its acquisition of the 75-acre Harris Corners Corporate Park in April of 2011. Harris Corners Corporate Park is comprised of three Class-A, multi-tenant office buildings totaling 361,144 square feet.

Charlie Swanson, from Beacon Partners represented New Boston Fund in the transaction. Patrick McCoy of Cushman & Wakefield – Commercial Carolina acted on behalf of the tenant, Starbucks Corporation.

The Harris Corners Corporate Park complex offers fitness and locker room facilities, jogging trails, and is in close proximity to a strong amenity base, including the 1 million square-foot Northlake Mall. The Park is also conveniently located at the corner of I-77 and WT Harris Boulevard, approximately six miles north of Charlotte’s CBD.
