Harris Corners Corporate Park Reaches 92% Leased

New Boston Fund's 130,187-square-foot office building at 9115 Harris Corners Parkway in Charlotte, NC, achieved 92 percent occupancy with two lease deals.
Vaudra Ltd., an intellectual property rights investigation firm, signed for 4,500 square feet of office space and Starbucks leased 3,000 square feet. The property, known as Two Harris Corners, was completed in 2001.
Charlie Swanson of Beacon Partners represented the landlord, a private commercial real estate investment, development and management firm. Kevin Griffin and Tom McMahon of Sperry Van Ness Commercial Real Estate Advisors represented Vaudra.
