Dan Ward, one of Beacon Partners' property managers, has earned the Certified Property Manager CPM ® designation by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), one of the leading commercial real estate associations in the world. The CPM ® designation is awarded to real estate managers who have met the Institute's rigorous requirements in the areas of professional education, examination and experience.Dan has over eight years of property management experience, and says the favorite part of job his finding creative solutions that keep the landlord and tenants happy.
