Beacon Partners building momentum in north markets

- Delta Apparel leased 19,297 square feet for their new regional corporate office in Beacon’s International Corporate Center, a 127,000 square foot park. Built in the fall of 2008, International Corporate Center is located in Concord’s International Business Park, at the corner of I-85 and NC-73. Frank Larsen and Steve Lowe of CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant.
- The Charlotte Observer leased 4,800 square feet for their Cabarrus County operations in International Corporate Center. Joe Yochem of Merit Properties represented the tenant.
- Four medical/office condos, totaling 9,000 square feet were sold in the 206 Joe Knox Avenue building in Mooresville’s Morrison Plantation. The condos are located in Morrison Landing, Beacon’s 72,000 square foot, medical/office park, located across the street from the Lowe’s YMCA.
- Packaging Corporation of America leased 5,500 square feet for their Lowe’s Home Improvement team’s operations in Beacon’s Lakefield Corporate Center, a 125,000 square foot park. Built in the fall of 2008, Lakefield Corporate Center is located just off I-77 and Highway 150 in Mooresville. Bryan Crutcher of CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant.
