Beacon has partnered with private investors throughout the company’s history to source equity capital for new acquisition and development projects. Since 1989, Beacon has sponsored 12.5 million square feet of projects on behalf of its investors with over $773 million in aggregate capitalized value and $158 million in private investor capital.

The Investment Division of Beacon Partners manages all of the company’s internal and external investment activities and all of the private investor relations.
