Oaklane Capital provides accredited investors the opportunity to invest in North Carolina commercial real estate. Oaklane Capital places the majority of its funds in projects sponsored by Beacon Partners. This affiliate relationship with Beacon, along with select investments in non-affiliate projects, provides Oaklane a proprietary pipeline of high quality real estate investments in the North Carolina markets on a going-in cost basis.
Oaklane Capital's investments at the individual real estate asset level typically have the following characteristics: three to five year term; a priority preferred return paid on a current basis; an ownership position for capital appreciation; an experienced and seasoned sponsor; and vigorous accounting standards and reporting requirements. Oaklane also brings to each transaction its guiding principles of integrity, accountability, responsibility and teamwork.
