 In 1994, Beacon Partners purchased 75 acres at the intersection of I-77 and W. WT Harris Boulevard, and shortly thereafter constructed roads and utilities for Harris Corners Corporate Park. The master plan for Harris Corners called for over 800,000 square feet of single and multi-story office buildings as well as restaurants, hotels, outdoor parks and additional amenities, all providing a first class environment and experience for tenants and visitors.
