 In 1994, Beacon Partners purchased 75 acres at the intersection of I-77 and W. WT Harris Boulevard, and shortly thereafter constructed roads and utilities for Harris Corners Corporate Park. The master plan for Harris Corners called for over 800,000 square feet of single and multi-story office buildings as well as restaurants, hotels, outdoor parks and additional amenities, all providing a first class environment and experience for tenants and visitors.

  • A 75-acre park located at the corner of I-77 and W. WT Harris Boulevard, consisting of 3 multi-story office buildings and 2 single-story flex buildings, totaling almost 500,000 SF, a small retail building, a hotel and a full service restaurant.
  • Tenants include Carrier Corporation, Daimler Chrysler, The Dial Corp., Doosan Infracore, Liberty Mutual Insurance and Nestle.
