1989, Beacon assembled approximately 90 acres of land along W. WT Harris Boulevard, a key thoroughfare in North Charlotte. The site had an excellent location in a growing area of the city that was underserved by quality business parks.View Case Study

In 1994, Beacon Partners purchased 75 acres at the intersection of I-77 and W. WT Harris Boulevard, and shortly thereafter constructed roads and utilities for Harris Corners Corporate Park.View Case Study
