Tim handles approximately 4.2 million SF of industrial and flex properties, including Commerce Park, Atando Business Park, Long Creek Business Park, 77 Overlook, Northwoods Business Park, Interstate West and 5130 Hovis Road. Prior to joining Beacon, Tim was an Associate at CBRE Group, Inc. for seven years. While there, he was responsible for handling 2 million square feet of industrial and flex in the Charlotte area, resulting in 275 transactions. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Davidson College.
Active in the community, Tim volunteers as a Pop Warner Football Coach, supports Habitat for Humanity and is member of the Teach for America Young
Associates Program. He holds membership in the Charlotte Commercial Board of Realtors (CRCBR) and is a licensed broker in North Carolina and South Carolina.
A native of Atlanta, Georgia, Tim has spent his career in Charlotte.
