Presy joined Beacon Partners in 2004 as a Property Management Assistant and has since worked her way up to a Property Manager. She is responsible for providing first line tenant support to ensure high levels of tenant satisfaction. Presy manages 7600 Statesville Road, 5130 Hovis Road, 77 Overlook, City Crossing and Harris Business Center, in addtion to several Property Owners Associates (POAs). She graduated from the University of Illinois with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Prior to Beacon she worked as a Human Resources Manager for a major department store in Chicago.
Presy is an associate member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and teaches at Statesville Road Elementary School and Torrence Creek Elementary School through the Junior Achievement program. She also volunteers with the Girl Scouts and a Brownie Troop.
This “Windy City” native is married with three children and enjoys gardening and vacationing in warm climates.
