As a Property Accountant, Monica is currently responsible for approximately half of Beacon’s owned and third-party managed portfolio. She manages the accounts payables and receivables, handles the lease and assists with the financial statement preparation and budgeting. She spent over six years as an accountant in the manufacturing industry before she came to Beacon Partners in 2004. Monica is a graduate of Indiana University with a Bachelors of Science in Accounting.
Monica is a volunteer for Make-A-Wish Foundation and a board member of the Indiana University Alumni Club of Charlotte. She also co-chairs the Beacon Partners’ annual Six on Six Volleyball Classic.
An avid sports fan, Monica works part time as a volleyball and softball scoring official and can be seen cheering for the Chicago Cubs. She also enjoys spending time reading, knitting, traveling and vacationing to Wrightsville Beach, NC.
