Since joining Beacon in 1999, Meredith has played a variety of key roles throughout the years. She is our Leasing Department Coordinator who is responsible for providing lease administration and marketing support to our leasing department for a number of projects in the Charlotte and Raleigh regions. She also assists with investment property due diligence and mentors novice leasing agents. Meredith is a graduate of Clemson University, where she received a Bachelors of Science degree in Marketing.
Meredith is the past Chair of the Community Outreach Committee and past Chair of Education for the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors (CRCBR) and is a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina. She is also a volunteer for Right Moves for Youth.
A Herndon, VA, native, Meredith is married with four children. When she has spare time, Meredith likes reading, playing cards and vacationing at the beach.
