Since joining Beacon in 1999, Meredith has played a variety of key roles throughout the years. She is our Leasing Department Coordinator who is responsible for providing lease administration and marketing support to our leasing department for a number of projects in the Charlotte and Raleigh regions. She also assists with investment property due diligence and mentors young leasing agents. Meredith is a graduate of Clemson University, where she received a Bachelors of Science degree in Marketing.
Meredith is the current Chairperson of the Community Outreach Committee for the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors (CRCBR) and is a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina. She is also a volunteer for Right Moves for Youth.
A Herndon, VA, native, Meredith is married with four children. When she has spare time, Meredith likes reading, playing cards and vacationing at the beach.
