As Senior Construction Manager, Matt oversees Beacon’s construction management function and provides our tenants exceptional service throughout their construction phases. With over eight years of shell and interior construction management experience, Matt’s expertise includes working in various project management capacities on industrial, office, healthcare and institutional projects. Prior to joining Beacon in 2007, he was employed as a Project Manager and Regional Quality Manager at Bovis Lend Lease. He holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
Matt is a LEED® Accredited Professional and is a member of the United States Green Building Council (USGBC) Charlotte Chapter. He teaches 5th grade Junior Achievement at Statesville Road Elementary School program and coaches basketball for Right Moves for Youth.
A native of Cleveland, OH, and a fan of his hometown Indians, Cavs, and Browns, Matt is married with one daughter and enjoys producing music in his free time.
