Matt Lucarelli - Senior Construction Manager | Beacon Development

As Senior Construction Manager, Matt leads Beacon’s construction management responsibilities by providing our clients with exceptional service throughout all phases of design, construction, and occupancy. With ten years of shell building and interior construction experience, Matt has managed industrial, office, healthcare, institutional, and the first ever LEED-CI Gold industrial project in Charlotte.  Prior to joining Beacon in 2007, he was employed as a Project Manager and Regional Quality Manager at Bovis Lend Lease.  He holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.

Matt earned his LEED® Accredited Professional designation in 2006 and is a member of the United States Green Building Council (USGBC) Charlotte Chapter.  He teaches 5th grade Junior Achievement at Statesville Road Elementary School program and coaches basketball for Right Moves for Youth.

A native of Cleveland, OH, and a fan of his hometown Indians, Cavs, and Browns, Matt is married with one daughter and enjoys producing music in his free time.
