Jon has been employed with Beacon Partners since 1995 and has served in a variety of leasing, development and asset management roles.  Today, Jon oversees Beacon’s industrial development and acquisitions program and has asset management responsibilities for a number of key investments including Atando Business Park, 77 Overlook, 7600 Long Creek and International Corporate Center.  He has also completed well over one million square feet of development projects for Beacon.  He is a graduate of Davidson College, where he received a Bachelors of Arts in Economics and German.

Jon chairs the Mecklenburg County’s Building Development Commission.  He is a past Charlotte Chapter President and current National Board Member of NAIOP.  He is also a certified continuing education instructor for the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors (CRCBR). Jon serves as an executive board member at the Dowd YMCA and recently joined the Board of Directors of Dore Academy. Jon also mentors and tutors at Statesville Road Elementary School.

Jon is married with two boys and spends his free time running (after the boys), working in the yard, playing golf and cheering for the Davidson Wildcats and Carolina Panthers.
