Gregg serves as Managing Partner and supervises the company’s development and acquisition activities in the Raleigh-Durham market as well as the existing portfolio of office, flex and mixed-use properties. He graduated with a Bachelors of Arts in History from Hamilton College in Clinton, NY and received his Masters of Business Administration from Harvard Business School in Boston, MA.
Gregg is a member and Past President of the Raleigh/Durham National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) as well as a national board member of NAIOP. He is also a guest lecturer at UNC-Kenan Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina and has served on a variety of local boards and committees.
Originally from Connecticut, Gregg is married with two daughters and enjoys cheering for the Carolina Hurricanes and vacationing in Bald Head Island, NC.
