Eric serves as a Leasing Agent for a variety of office, flex and industrial properties, including Atando Business Park, Interstate West and 5130 Hovis Road. Prior to joining Beacon in 2006, Eric was employed as a leasing agent for Chartwell Properties. He is a graduate of the College of Charleston, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Corporate Communications.
Eric serves as the chair of the Programs Committee for the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors (CRCBR). He is also a member of the 2007 CRCBR Leadership Class. Eric is a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina and South Carolina and mentors and tutors at Statesville Road Elementary School.
A Pawley’s Island, SC native, Eric is married with two daughters and enjoys scuba diving, golfing, playing softball and running.
