Dawn Desmond - Property Manager | Beacon Partners

Dawn, who has served in various roles at Beacon since1996, is one of our Property Managers.  Her portfolio consists of flex and office space, including Morrison Landing, NorthCross Business Campus, Lakefield Corporate Center and International Corporate Center, which totals over a half million square feet.  She is responsible for handling the budgeting, financial reporting, collections, maintenance contracts, tenant move-ins and move-outs.  Dawn is a graduate of Katherine Gibbs Business School in Boston, MA.

Dawn is an associate member of Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). 

Originally from New Jersey, Dawn enjoys spending time with her family, going to Panther's games and vacationing in Hilton Head, SC.
