Dawn, who has served in various roles at Beacon since1996, is one of our Property Managers. Her portfolio consists of flex and office space, including Morrison Landing, NorthCross Business Campus, Lakefield Corporate Center, Harris Ridge and Pine Lake Preparatory, a charter school in Mooresville, NC. She is responsible for handling the budgeting, financial reporting, collections, maintenance contracts, tenant move-ins and move-outs. Dawn is a graduate of Katherine Gibbs Business School in Boston, MA.
Dawn is an associate member of Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). She also mentors at Statesville Road Elementary School and teaches Junior Achievement.
Originally from New Jersey, Dawn enjoys spending time with her son and daughter when they’re home from college, going to Panther's games and vacationing in Hilton Head, SC.
