Dan Ward - Property Manager | Beacon Partners

Dan provides property management services to our flex and industrial tenant base, managing nearly 1.5 million square feet in Greenville, SC and Charlotte, including Harris Corners Corporate Park, Northwoods Business Park and Interstate West.  Prior to joining Beacon, Dan was employed with Colliers Pinkard as an industrial property manager.  He is a graduate of University of North Carolina at Charlotte and has a bachelors of science degree in Sociology.

Dan is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) and a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).  He is a licensed  real estate broker in North Carolina.  He volunteers for Habitat for Humanity and Right Moves for Youth at Statesville Road Elementary School.

A Charlotte native, Dan enjoys spending time outdoors with his two boys and cheering for the Carolina Panthers.
