Commercial Real Estate Development Leasing and Property Management Office, Flex and Industrial Space | Beacon Partners

Chris’ primary role at Beacon is to lease and market space within our flex space portfolio and provide asset management to the recently completed Pine Lake Preparatory campus in Mooresville, NC.  Chris served as our Chief Operating Officer for 3.5 years.  Prior to joining our firm, Chris was a Vice President of Project Management at Trammell Crow Company.  He led large-scale office, industrial and retail development programs. He holds a Master of Science Degree in Real Estate Development from the MIT Center for Real Estate, a Bachelor of Architecture degree from UNC Charlotte and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Design from Clemson University.

Chris currently serves on the Pine Lake Preparatory School Board of Directors and Discovery Place Board of Trustees.  In addition, Chris serves on the Executive Committee of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Charlotte District Council and chairs the Urban Plan Committee.  He is a Past President of the Charlotte Chapter of NAIOP, past Vice Chair of the Charlotte Chamber’s Airport Area Chapter, and past Vice President of the Partners for Parks Foundation.  Chris is a member of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors (CRCBR) and is a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina.

Outside of the office, Chris enjoys researching local history, running, working in the yard and spending time with his three children.
