Charlie handles leasing for more than one million square feet of flex and office properties within the Charlotte Region, including Harris Corners Corporate Center, Lakefield Corporate Center and International Corporate Center.  Charlie is a graduate of the University of North Carolina and received his Masters of Business Administration from the McColl School of Business at Queens University.  Before joining Beacon in 2004, he was a commercial real estate underwriting specialist at Wachovia and also served in various property and construction management roles at Queens Properties.

Charlie serves on the Levine Museum of the New South Board of Directors and recently served as a volunteer for the Blumenthal Performing Arts Center annual corporate campaign.  He has earned his Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) designation and is a member of Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors (CRCBR).  He is also a licensed broker in the state of North Carolina.

Originally from Charleston, SC, Charlie splits his fan allegiances between both “Carolina” sports teams: the University of North Carolina Tar Heels and the South Carolina Gamecocks. He is married with two children and enjoys playing golf, skiing and vacationing in Wyoming.
