Brian Richards - Finance Manager | Beacon Partners

As Finance Manager for Beacon Partners, Brian is responsible for working closely with our asset management team to provide internal asset reporting, coordinate project financings and support oversight of our current portfolio.  He also provides operational and communication support to our investment partner relationships. He has been involved in the real estate industry since beginning his career in commercial lending in 2000.  Brian earned a Masters of Business Administration from the Kenan-Flagler Business School of the University of North Carolina and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from North Carolina State University.

Brian is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and volunteers as a basketball coach through the Right Moves for Youth program at Statesville Road Elementary School.  He is also a member of the Charlotte Chapter of the Coastal Conservation Association.

Brian is married and enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, traveling to the coast and cheering for the Wolfpack.
