Beverly currently serves as Senior Property Accountant for Beacon Partners.  She manages all accounting functions for a current portfolio of more than 70 properties, totaling over 2.25 million square feet.  She is responsible for the reporting of property income and expenses, lease administration, budgeting, tenant taxes insurance and common area maintenance (TICAM) reconciliation, and bank account management.  Beverly has over 10 years of experience in real estate accounting and 19 years in general accounting experience.

Beverly volunteers at Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools, Partners for Parks, the Ada Jenkins Center, the Salvation Army, Dore Academy, YMCA and Habitat for Humanity.

A native Floridian, Beverly enjoys gardening, traveling and spending time with her grandchildren.
