An experienced and professional property manager, Amanda is responsible for managing nearly 375,000 square feet of office and retail space at Harris Corners Corporate Park and half a million square feet within the Atando Business Park industrial portfolio. During her 10 plus year real estate career, she has managed warehouse, industrial, retail and office properties for a variety of different ownership groups. Before joining Beacon Partners, Amanda worked as a property manager for the Bissell Companies and American Asset Corporation. She graduated from Winthrop College with a Bachelors of Arts in Fine Arts.
Amanda is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) and a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), where she served as President of the Western NC/Charlotte Chapter. She is also a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina and South Carolina.
Amanda enjoys hanging out with her son and daughter, shopping and boating on Lake Norman with her family. A seasoned traveler, Amanda likes vacationing in Ocracoke Island, NC.
